Thidiazuron (TDZ) — 100 mg

TDZ is a phenylurea-type cytokinin 100–1000× more active than BAP on a molar basis. Extremely effective for inducing direct somatic embryogenesis, shoot organogenesis, and breaking recalcitrance in difficult species.

• ⚠️ Use at very low concentrations: 0.001–0.1 mg/L — excess causes vitrification
