Refund and Cancellation

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or engaging our services. By purchasing from phytolabs.in you accept the terms below.

No Cash on Delivery

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Chemical and Media Products

  • Sealed, unopened items — may be flagged for review within 48 hours of delivery if received damaged, with photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.
  • Opened containers — are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Once a chemical product has been opened or used, no claim will be entertained regardless of outcome.

Order Cancellation (Products)

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Professional Services

  • Service deposits are non-refundable once a work order has been issued or work has commenced.
  • Cancellation requests made 7 or more days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start will forfeit any deposit paid.
  • Phyto Evolution is not liable for outcomes beyond our control including variations in biological material provided by the client.

What Is Not Covered

We are not liable for:

  • Outcomes resulting from misuse or improper handling of chemicals by the buyer
  • Results dependent on the quality of biological material supplied by the client
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind
