Quarter-strength MS is the standard rooting medium formulation. Reducing macro salts mimics ex-vitro soil conditions and strongly promotes adventitious root initiation.

• 🌱 Universal Stage III rooting medium base
• ⚗️ Combine with 0.5–1.5 mg/L IBA for best results
• 📦 1 L prep · pH 5.8 ± 0.1 · Add agar 7 g/L
• 💡 Low sucrose (15 g/L) recommended for acclimatisation transition
