These Terms and Conditions govern your use of phytolabs.in and any purchase or service engagement through our website. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Phyto Labs is operated by Phyto Evolution, Kelambakkam, OMR, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Products and Services

We supply laboratory-grade chemicals, tissue culture media, and professional plant science services. Chemical specifications are as stated; minor batch variations are within industry-accepted tolerances. Service deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Service engagements require a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, with a full refund in such cases.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within India only.
  • Chemical and media products are dispatched within 3–7 business days.
  • Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Buyer and Client Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for ensuring chemicals are used in accordance with applicable safety regulations and for the intended purposes only. Phyto Evolution is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or regulatory non-compliance by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All protocols, reports, and materials developed by Phyto Evolution remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase or contract price of the item or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
